About Us
Beautiful brides, wedding planning should NOT be stressful. My philosophy is that the entire planning experience should be dreamy, magical and FUN! My husband, Jamie and I, have been specializing in the wedding business for over 30 years as experienced wedding DJ's and our most recent venture as decorating specialists. I have a keen eye for detail designing table and floral decor to match a bride's vision and theme for her wedding.
What is different about us?
Bubbly and Beautiful offers a unique wedding planning experience unlike any other! You and 3-5 special guests are invited to my charming floral decorating studio to enjoy an evening of bubbly, charcuterie and music. We will sip and sing as we create a design plan for your wedding. If you are interested in the entertainment side of our business, we will spin the night away with a special dance session in which you and your guests can learn about our online DJ portal, review our digital music library, and of course . . . dance!
What's next?
After our initial planning meeting, I will contact you within 3-6 weeks and you will come back to see the floral and table designs that I have created for you. You will decide what you like and we will make adjustments along the way until we get it just right! You will also receive a quote for the designs I have created. Pricing will include options for set up and additional services on your wedding day.

How much does it cost?
Tasting the Stars - The Complete Package (500.00)
This package includes all services that Bubbly and Beautiful has to offer. You and your guests are invited to the Bubbly and Beautiful planning experience which includes
- 90 minute planning session with Mindy
- 60 minute dance and DJ planning session with both Mindy and Jamie
- 60 minute follow up session to select floral and table decor
- 30 minute final session to review your final plan
- Champagne, sparkling wines, sodas, tea, coffee, and charcuterie board for you and your guests (Meeting 1)
- Wedding Day decoration set up (Mindy on site)
- Wedding Day decoration tear down (Mindy on site)
- DJ Services include Mindy assisting with your ceremony and reception introduction line-up
- Mindy and Jamie attend your entire event and help with any small details that come up so that your event is worry free!
*You will receive a separate quote for your flower and table decor as well as any additional items you wish to rent. If you choose to use our decorating services, you will receive a 10% discount off of your final cost.
*You will receive a separate quote for DJ services through Jamie (Sound FX Entertainment)
Late Evening Rendezvous - A little less fancy but still really good (395.00)
This package includes most services that Bubbly and Beautiful has to offer. You and your guests are invited to the Bubbly and Beautiful planning experience which includes

- Champagne, sparkling wines, sodas, tea, coffee, and charcuterie board for you and your guests (Meeting 1)
- Bride to pick up wedding decor 24 hours in advance
- Bride to return wedding decor 24 hours after wedding
*You will receive a separate quote for your flower and table decor as well as any additional items you wish to rent. A $500 deposit is required on a credit card for this package.
